PRE-TREATMENT PRECAUTIONS
Botulinum toxin, Dermal Filler and Thread Lift Treatments
Please avoid the following at least 5 days before the treatment:
- Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or NSAIDs such as Aspirin, Ponstan, Synflex etc;
- Blood-thinning supplements such as Omega 3, ginseng, ginkgo, garlic, Vitamin E, cordyceps, Bai Feng Wan and other traditional Chinese medicine;
- Large amount of blood-thinning foods such as turmeric, cayenne peppers, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, green tea and Vitamin E; and
- *Blood-thinning medications such as Plavix and Warfarin
* If you are consuming blood thinners for a medical condition such as Ischemic heart disease, please consult your primary physician before you stop the medications.
Please avoid the following at least 24 hours before the treatment:
- Consuming alcohol
- Visiting a sauna or steam room
- Intense exercises and hot yoga

疗程前24小时，请避免：
- 饮酒
- 去蒸桑拿或蒸汽房
- 进行剧烈运动和高温瑜珈训练
Laser Treatments
Please avoid the following at least 2 weeks before the treatment:
- Sunburn
- Sun tanning
Please avoid the following at least 1 week before the treatment:
- Prolonged sun exposure such as playing golf, swimming etc
- Chemical peels
- Other laser procedures in the same area
Please avoid applying the following creams that contain the following ingredients at least 24 hours before the treatment:
- Alpha and Beta Hydroxy Acids (AHA and BHA) such as glycolic acid, salicylic acid, lactic acid
- Vitamin A such as retinol, tretinoin, isotretinoin, differin
- Benzyl peroxide

疗程前2个星期，请避免：
- 日晒

治疗前1个星期，请避免：
- 减少户外运动及避免暴晒，如打高尔夫球、游泳等
- 果酸换肤疗程
- 在相同部位进行其他的激光镭射治疗

Planning for Your Treatment
Please note that your procedure of choice may involve some downtime, which can range from a few hours to a few days. Hence we would advise to avoid doing any procedure nearing an event, and to plan your schedule accordingly.

If you are a new patient, please take note of the following:
- Bring along your NRIC/ passport for first-time registration
- If you have makeup on, we may need to remove it for you. Please bring along your own makeup if you need to reapply your makeup after consultation

Temporary Safe Distancing Measures Adopted By Us to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19
To ensure safe transition to phase 2 of post-circuit breaker, our clinic will continue to put in place safe distancing measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Some of these measures may cause some inconvenience to you and we appreciate your understanding.
These measures include, but are not limited to:
- Complete the pre-registration process on our clinic management system before arriving for your appointment
- Check-in using the Safe Entry system upon arrival
- Complete travel declaration and take body temperature
- Wear a face mask in the clinic at all times unless you have a consultation with the doctor or are undergoing a treatment
- All treatments will be done in one room and movement will be minimal
- Contactless payment is preferred
- Food and drinks will be served using disposable plates and cups
- Product samples will be kept temporarily. If you want to try our samples, please let one of our nurses know
- Check-out using the Safe Entry system before leaving the clinic

- 使用诊所提供的SafeEntry 访客登记系统，登记进入诊所
- 填写访客健康检测表格与测量体温
- 确保在诊所内，全程佩戴口罩。仅有在看诊咨询与疗程时，才可把口罩摘下。
- 看诊与疗程都会在同一个治疗室进行，以控制顾客的活动范围
- 鼓励顾客使用无现金支付取代现金付款
- 诊所在提供的食物与饮品时，将会使用一次性的餐具
- 在这期间，诊所内也不会展示及摆放任何产品的试用装。若您想试用我们的产品，请您通知我们的护士。
- 使用SafeEntry 访客登记系统，登记离场
