Terms of Sale for Prepaid Services
1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing prepaid services, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). These terms apply to the purchase of any service or programme offered by Aetas Aesthetics Pte. Ltd. and/or Radium Wellness Pte. Ltd. (“the Provider”) and constitute a legally binding agreement.
2. Details of Prepaid Services
The Client agrees to purchase the programme or service as specified at the time of purchase, including the number of sessions, services provided, and any additional details outlined. Details of prepaid services and/or programme will be made available on request.
3. Payment
(a) Full payment for the programme and/or service is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.
(b) Payments can be made via cash, Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer, PayNow, NETS, UnionPay, American Express.
(c) No services will be rendered until full payment has been received and processed by the Provider.
4. Refund and Cancellations
(a) All payments are non-refundable except in the case where the programme is cancelled by the Provider or if the Client cannot proceed with the programme due to medical reasons (subject to verification).
(b) The Client agrees that no refunds will be provided for any portion of the programme that is unused.
(c) In the event of a cancellation or modification request by the Client, an administative fee of 10% will be applied on the amount to be refunded.
5. Session Scheduling and Expiry
(a) The Client is responsible for scheduling appointments in advance. Sessions must be used within the expiry date as specified in the programme form unless otherwise agreed upon.
(b) If the Client fails to schedule or attend a session, it may be considered forfeited, unless proper notice of cancellation or rescheduling is given in accordance with the Provider’s cancellation policy.
6. Medical Eligibility
(a) The Client agrees to provide accurate medical information to the Provider. The Client acknowledges that certain medical conditions may affect their eligibility to undergo certain cosmetic treatments.
(b) The Provider reserves the right to refuse service if the Client’s medical history or current condition presents a risk to their health or safety.
7. No Guarantee of Results
The Client acknowledges that results may vary depending on individual factors, including health, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. The Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any treatment or programme.
8. Liability and Risks
(a) The Client understands and acknowledges that undergoing cosmetic treatments may involve risks, including but not limited to side effects or adverse reactions. The Client agrees to release the Provider from any liability arising from the treatment, except in cases of negligence or misconduct by the Provider.
(b) The Client agrees to follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions provided by the Provider to minimize risks.
9. Changes to Terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client, and continued use of the services after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising from the agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
